HOW WE HELP
Tools to Reclaim Calm & Confidence

Parents
Parenting doesn’t come with a playbook, especially when your child is experiencing anxiety or OCD. Traditional parenting approaches can backfire, and even day-to-day activities can feel overwhelming. We specialize in parent-focused treatment designed to equip you with practical strategies to better support your child and regain confidence as a parent, working together to help your family thrive.

Kids & Teens
Living with anxiety or OCD can feel confusing and overwhelming, especially for kids and teens. Everyday challenges can seem insurmountable, and it’s hard to know where to turn for help. We offer tailored support and tools to help young people manage their anxiety and take back control, so they can get back to living their lives.

Young Adults
Young adulthood is full of exciting but often challenging transitions - starting college, entering the workforce, and living independently. Anxiety and OCD can cause real roadblocks along the way, and it can help to have some extra support to get “unstuck.” We offer personalized, evidence-based strategies to help young adults manage their symptoms, build resilience, and confidently navigate this important phase of life.

Our treatment is meant to be goal-focused and time-limited, so we’ll check in regularly to review your progress, ultimately helping you transition out of therapy and back to your life.

3. Treatment Planning and Ongoing Sessions
We’ll confirm the treatment plan and begin regular sessions, starting with psychoeducation and skill building.

1. A Brief Call to Get Started
We’ll connect by phone to discuss our services and your goals for treatment.

2. A Thorough Diagnostic Evaluation
We’ll meet for our first session to discuss your symptoms, history, and current challenges.

4. Putting Skills into Practice
Think of us like your anxiety coach - we teach you the skills, you put them to work. The more you practice in session and at home, the faster you’ll make progress!
