Our Services
At the PACT Center, we deliver expert care for anxiety and OCD, equipping you with practical tools to support lasting change.

Parent-Focused Treatment
Whether your child is just starting kindergarten or preparing to leave for college, anxiety and OCD can create obstacles that interfere with their daily life and long-term goals. At the PACT Center, we recognize the vital role parents play in helping youth overcome these challenges.
Parent-focused treatment can be especially valuable when a child is unwilling or unable to participate in therapy, or when parents want additional support alongside their child’s work with another provider.
Our work with parents is grounded in research-backed approaches, including Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and Parent Management Training (PMT). These structured, short-term treatments provide parents with practical, effective tools to use at home, helping them shift how they respond to their child’s symptoms and reduce their child’s anxiety and disruptive behaviors.

Individual Treatment
We provide specialized, individual psychotherapy for youth experiencing anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. Our individualized approach is grounded in the principles of evidence-based practice and guided by each young person’s values, needs, and developmental stage.
We utilize treatments proven effective for youth, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches are designed to help youth and families better understand their symptoms, build effective coping skills, and promote resilience.
We strive to empower youth to break free from the grip of anxiety and OCD and return to living fuller, more meaningful lives.

Group Treatment
At the PACT Center, we believe that group therapy can serve as a practical alternative or powerful addition to individual treatment. Our groups are designed to help participants learn and practice evidence-based skills in a supportive, structured environment.
Importantly, group work provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, learn practical skills, and build a sense of community. Our current group offerings are detailed below.

Groups for Young People
We offer therapy groups developed for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, and related challenges. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), group sessions focus on teaching coping strategies, practicing skills, and applying these tools to daily life.
Group participants benefit not only from structured learning, but also from the encouragement and understanding that comes from connecting with peers facing similar struggles.

Groups for Parents & Caregivers
We offer parent groups that provide education, skills, and support for caregivers of youth with anxiety and OCD. These groups are grounded in evidence-based and parent-focused approaches, including Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and Parent Management Training (PMT).
Group sessions focus on equipping parents with effective strategies for responding to their child’s symptoms, supporting progress at home, and reducing family stress. Parents will build confidence in navigating challenges while connecting with other caregivers who understand what they are going through.

Intensive Treatment
For some people, weekly therapy sessions may feel too slow to create meaningful progress. Our intensive treatment program offers an alternative by consolidating care into 1–2 weeks of daily (or near-daily) extended sessions. This focused format provides concentrated time for learning, practicing, and applying evidence-based strategies grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Our intensive model is designed to accelerate skill building, help clients face challenges more directly, and provide momentum toward recovery that can be difficult to achieve in weekly therapy alone. Families often find this approach especially helpful during school breaks, transitions, or when symptoms are interfering significantly with daily life.
Billing & Fees
Our clinic is a fee-for-service practice, which means we do not partner with insurance and are considered an "out of network" provider. This allows us to provide care that is fully tailored to your needs - without the limitations or requirements often imposed by insurance companies. Many clients are able to seek partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits, and we’re happy to provide the documentation needed if you wish to pursue this option.
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that outlines the expected cost of your care when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, whether a client is uninsured or elects not to use their insurance. The PACT Center does not participate with any insurance plan; therefore, we are out-of-network providers.
What You Should Know
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment.
-
You can also request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling any services.
-
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimated amount, you have the right to dispute the charge.
-
Be sure to save a copy or take a photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
It can be difficult to determine the length of treatment for mental health care. Each client has different needs and different goals for treatment. Ultimately, each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in mental health care. As such, the Good Faith Estimate you will receive will include a detailed fee schedule for the services typically offered by your therapist. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate and this federal requirement, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
